As a boutique agency, we are able to offer several options to suit your unique needs.
Contingent Search/Permanent Placement
No fees are due until you hire our candidate.
Used for common, non-complex searches that do not involve confidentiality or an exclusive focus.
Fees start at 20% of the first-year base salary.
Retained Search
Recommended for your confidential, most involved or time-sensitive searches.
1/3 of the fee due up front.
1/3 of the fee due at the time candidates are presented.
1/3 (balance) due at time of hire.
Fee starts at 25% of the first-year base salary.
Subscription Search
6 month minimum commitment.
Contracted monthly fee to be paid over the term of the commitment.
Discounted per-placement fee.
Ideal for expansions or when you are anticipating multiple hires over an extended period of time.
